*If you’re struggling and getting to the end of your rope, don’t be afraid to reach out and get help.

*If you’re waiting for a sign to get help, this is it.

*There’s nothing wrong with asking someone to help you carry your burdens and get through them.

*If you’re feeling suicidal, please call a suicide hotline. I did that a couple of years ago and it was the first step towards changing my life and changing the way I feel.

*Please know it’s ok to stumble through life! It happens to most of us at one time or another.

*Counseling can help you take steps towards feeling better, coping with the problem and making things in your life a little bit better.

*You’re not alone in your struggles! There are so many of us out there who have been through or are going through pain and difficulties too. We understand the anguish.

*You’re going to be ok! It’s hard to remember that there is light when you’ve been shrouded in darkness for so long. But light is there and you will find it!

*When you need help, PRAY! God is with you and listening and will move things in your life in your favor!

*If you’re struggling, please hang in there! It will get better!

If you’re struggling and think you may need assistance please don’t hesitate to reach out for it. A trusted friend or family member, a co-worker or your employer, a church friend or clergy member, a counselor, a suicide hotline: all of these resources can be helpful to you and could lead to the assistance you need. Reaching out helped me. During the Corona Virus issue many counseling centers are functioning a bit differently but are still available for those in need.

Readers, if you know of any resources internationally or in your country that have not been listed here, please leave them in the comments section. Same if you have prayer requests or words of encouragement for others.

I wish you all a blessed remainder of the week, and i’ll talk to you all again soon. Be safe and healthy.
